Our Team
Mwendabai Kalaluka, BAcc, MBA, FCCA is a management consultant, certified business advisor, registered certified chartered accountant, registered tax practitioner and registered business rescue practitioner. Mwendabai is also a full member of the Institute of Internal Auditors South Africa, Institute of Risk Mgmt. South Africa, Institute of Business Advisors South Africa as well a Fellow of the Association of Certified Chartered Accountants. Mwendabai’s main areas of expertise are Accounting, Financial Management, Financial Reporting, Business Information Systems, Project Management and General Management Consulting. He is also an expert in Sage products and carries out implementations, support and training across all Sage products.
Mpimpa Miyoba is a CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst, USA) charter holder, qualified Chartered Management Accountant (CIMA, UK) and holds a bachelor’s degree in accountancy from the Copperbelt University, Zambia. Mpimpa has over 23 years of combined experience in manufacturing, mining, agriculture and financial service sectors.
Mpimpa has expertise in business valuation, managing of prior and post-acquisition phases, fundraising and balance sheet restructuring, Mpimpa has also a proven record in strategy formulation and execution, business process improvement, investment (evaluation, recommendation, execution and monitoring), stakeholder relationships, management information systems, risk management, and change management, performance measurement and reporting, and regulatory compliance.
Dr Aubrey Chibumba holds PhD in Chemical Engineering (PhD) and is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA). He has proven experience working in Investment banking in Europe prior to relocating to Zambia.
Dr Chibumba has managed some of largest corporates in Zambia (NAPSA, Zambia Sugar) and opted out of formal employment after his time at Zambia Sugar.
Since 2016, Dr Chibumba has been involved with the edible oil sector (CEDORA) where he has been organizing processors to coordinate policy approaches and promote oil seed cultivation, especially by small scale farmers, achieving 70% of soya crops harvested by small scale farmers.
